Comdemed property

I was called to provide a service for a resident of this place.

I arrived to find a property that is mostly uninhabitable.

I was confronted by some woman yelling at me for speeding down a street that has speed-bumps every 20 yards.

She claimed to be an office employee of the complex.

I pointed out that I was the only vehicle moving on the property and at any speed there was no danger of an accident as the place was 80% deserted.

I offered to provide her with my GPS data showing that I never exceeded 10 mph.

As there is no speed limit signs at the entrance gates, or anywhere else, how is anyone to know what she considers speeding.

Rude vulgar staff.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The client I was helping stated that her actions are the norm.
