I have over 2 decades of building luxury custom homes in the North Dallas and the Collin County areas. I am responsible for all aspects of home building from site selection, to design, to budgeting, payroll, insurance and warranty. I have been fortunate to build in some of the most desired areas in the metroplex. I carry insurance from completed operations to the 2-10 warranty. We build using "Green Building" standards and reflect these products in each and every home. We will build on your lot and I have architects that can meet your every need. We built with two stage 16 seer rating compressors. Radiant Barrier, & tankless hot water heaters. I can provide references. WILL BUILD ON YOUR LOT! FREE RENDERING OF HOUSE PLAN WITH ELEVATION AND PLOT PLAN AT NO CHARGE! WE BELIEVE IN OURSELF.
