I called the office because it had been over two weeks, and I hadn't heard from them about a biopsy done on a place on my neck. The woman who answered asked when I had the biopsy done, and after I told her, she said they just got it in, but Dr. Brown had not looked at it yet. I asked her if he would look at it that day, and let me know because I was anxious about the results. She said that I would receive a letter, or maybe he would call! I called after 4, to give them time to contact me. The office was closed! I have never known a doctor's office to close at 4! They are also closed today(Friday), so I have to wait until Monday, and will be anxious all the time! I will not be going to this doctor again after this, although I had always liked Dr. Brown!! Today is 3-20-2015.
