HappyToad Incense is the child of its Parent Company HappyToad Enterprises. The Company is the Brain Child of Michael "COOL" Rhodes Magician.

HappyToad Incense was first started in 1991 in Huntington Beach California. Michael Rhodes who had just moved to California from the East Coast to follow his love of performing his Show, "The Gypsy Magic Show",' found he needed a way to support himself when he wasn't performing. So he decided to open his own Incense company in California selling only all natural Incense that only use natural oils instead of Perfumes to scent the punks. The thought of burning perfume (chemicals) just seemed wrong. That was over 20 years ago and people are still buying my product.
