Hardwood Connection Inc

I had a regrettable encounter with the owner of Hardwood Connection that has left a sour taste in my mouth. At around 5 pm, I found his car parked in front of my house, blocking my husband's usual parking spot. When I kindly asked if he could move his vehicle, he responded in a shockingly rude manner. He informed me that it's a public street and essentially told me to suck it up. While he might technically be correct about the public street, his complete lack of consideration for my request and his rude response have left me doubting their commitment to good customer relations.
