As owner and sole artisan of Hares to Ewe Wools, Debbie relentlessly works to create her innovative designs. Every product she makes shines with her dedication, ingenuity and sophisticated techniques thus illuminating her genuine artistry. Debbie's love for spinning began 20 years ago when she purchased a single Angora rabbit, Eddie. Although she had no intention on spinning the Angora wool, once she had realized how lovely the fiber was she then decided to purchase her first spinning wheel. From there Debbie with great effort learned through self teaching the art of spinning. She began working with fleeces she had recieved from a friend, and it was then that she realized spinning was more than a hobby. Shortly after Debbie and her husband Gerald left their city home behind and purchased
