Harper Precast started in January of 2006 manufacturing precast concrete structures throughout the Western states, including Utah, California & Colorado. Harper Precast manufactures catch basins of all sizes and shapes, noise walls of any height or face design, MSE walls, intake and outflow structures and just about anything that can be built using concrete. Within six months of start-up, we certified with the NPCA. We have been approved and recognized by the Utah Department of Transportation as a preferred concrete precast supplier.
