We provide tutoring in the convenience of your home or mutually agreed location. You can be assured that your tutor is a carefully selected, highly qualified certified teacher, and is matched according to both the individual needs and personality of the student. Our goal is to help provide the tools to help students gain the confidence to grow academically and professionally. We tutor students of all ages and abilities, with flexible scheduling. •Harvis Educational Learning Program was established in 2006, by Bruce Harvis, as a way of providing individualized instruction at the student's home (or preferred location) by a certified teacher, skilled in their subject area/s. Mr. Harvis has a Masters Degree in Education and is certified in Special Education, Elementary Education, Social Studies, and Psychology. His belief is that everyone has strengths, that when identified, can gain the confidence to achieve any goal. Mr. Harvis has developed a reputation for providing superior tutoring in a safe, focused environment.
