Hawaii Vacation Rentals with Aloha Family

After retiring as teachers in North Carolina we purchased two Vacation Rentals in Hawaii. We visit every year for 2-6 months, rent them out when we are not staying in one of them, and use them in home exchanges through out the world. We visited all the islands, and then looked all over Waikiki before deciding on the location where we wanted to stay every year. We selected the Fairway Villa for it's location, the wonderful security, parking space, the spotlessly cared for building, a roof top pool, sauna, and hot tub. Our units are on high floors and have a full kitchen, lanai, and a washer/dryer in each unit. We paint them every other year and update them yearly always adding new furnishings as needed.
