Hello My name is Jodi Moses, CCHT. I am a board certified clinical hypnotherapist & life coach. My professional memberships include: The National Guild of Hypnotists, The International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association & The International Association of Counselors & Therapists. I am fascinated with the field of holistic health and hold several certifications and diplomas in the field of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching.Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching is a peaceful way to help heal your body and mind without the use of medications. Through the access of our subconscious mind we can change old programs and create a lasting, effective and positive change by avoiding the conscious mind's "change sabotage". Each individual is different and so are their needs.I also employ the use of holistic life coaching. This practice recognizes that while we not only are unique individuals, we are also connected within ourselves to our body, mind and spirit. This technique of working with clients not only honors this principle and approaches the session with a different eye. It asks the question: How does the issue you are seeking help with effect my physical body, my emotional mind and heart? And, how does this affect my soul or my personal spirituality? In our sessions together the client is not aided by traditional methods, we utilize one's own innate energy, spirit and healing nature within.My approach to all practices therapies is client centered and founded on respect for my clients and their personal goals. I employ each individual's life experiences, intelligence & capabilities to help them achieve their desired result in a peaceful and comfortable manner for them.
