Helms Radio & TV is a family owned business in the third generation. With an average experience level of 30+ years. We also average 15 days per year per technician in continuing education. We specialize in TV repair and perform In-Home, Carry-In and Ship-In service. We are a warranty station for most brands of TV and several extended warranty companies. We are a BBB member with an A+ rating. We are the only consumer electronic service center in SE Alabama that are members of National Electronics Service Dealers Association, Southeast Electronic Service Dealers Association, and International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians. We also have on staff the only Certified Service Manager, Cerified Customer Service Representative and Certified Multimedia Technicians in SE Alabama.
