Most people find consulting with a psychotherapist helpful, the nonjudgemental and respectful approach that therapists take is essential to developing a good working relationship. Seeking early help tends to keep problems from becoming overwhelming. Marital counseling can improve each partner's understanding of the other, enabling communication to become more open and gratifying. As a therapist, I focus not just on what is broken in a relationship, but also what is working well. I also offer premarital counseling for engaged couples. We will talk about your hopes, fears, dreams; what makes marriages successful, and what are signs of marital stress. I also offer coaching services to other small busines owners, such as other therapists, dieticians, etc.
