The mission of Helping Plus Development is to create more affordable housing for low to moderate income individuals and families. Our mission supports our primary goal of building affordable, energy effcient housing for the homeless, veterans, or anyone who needs a helding hand. This a opportunities to address these issues by developing housing, employment, and service strategy. By helping obtaining GED training or acquire new skills through vocational rehabilitation or job training and substance abuses treatment.
