Hempstead Rebirth, formerly Curtis Riley Community Development Corporation is a not-for-profit faith-based community development organization.

Hempstead rebirth, formerly Curtis Riley Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit faith-based community devel9pment organization formed in June 2000. It was originally formed to address the housing needs of the Hempstead community and provide affordable homes for low and moderate income families. In 2007, the cope was expanded when the founding executive director, Pastor Riley, realized that economic development was the greater need in the Village of Hempstead. Our mission is to improve the overall quality of life of low and moderate income individuals and families through community-transforming economy-building strategies. Our goal is to create jobs and increase income, stimulate private investments, and enhance the physical environment in the Village of Hempstead.
