This is what we promise when you contact us for your home improvement needs. We are licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. All of our employees and subcontractors are properly insured. Beware of contractors that are not carrying proper insurance. We will provide a free written estimate detailing exactly what work will be performed and what it will cost. You will be charged the amount of the estimate for the work performed. If we make an error estimating your project, we pay for the oversight-not you. We will advise you on your project according to your future plans. Your needs will be different if you're planning on selling your home in six months than if you plan on staying in your home forever.
