Business description

Computer repair and service company serving Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and parts of Long Island. Online and onsite repair.

I'm James E. Aldridge, President and Founder of Hexabit Computer Services. I wanted to take this opportunity to say hello to old customers and welcome to customers that may be using our services for the first time. Hexabit's bedrock principle has always been to "provide our customers with extraordinary repair services. Many of our customers can attest, "when we certify a repair done and your computer is operational, we like to go the extra mile and provide "TLC". Our competition would refer to it as their platinum coverage or "concierge service" of course you pay additional for it, but here at Hexabit it's just TLC, and no additional cost to you. The extra attention Hexabit gives to cleaning your computer, removing dust and giving an extra shine to your computer or laptop is just normal for us. We take care of your computer the way we take care of our technology. With attention to detail and attention to your bottom line.
