AND THEN I RE-OPENED THE HILLTOP

WE REOPENED IT AFTER THE FIRST OPENING ON AUGUST 19, 1979. AND DURING THE NEXT FULL YEAR WE WERE GOING TO DO $2,000,000, MY PARTNER AND I HAD A SPLIT. HE DID COCAINE AND I DID NO DRUGS AT ALL. JUST WINE. THE HILLTOP LASTED 20 YEARS WITH THE CHEFS WE HAD AND MY BEST FRIEND AS THE EXEC. CHEF, MARK LESLIE.

MORE DETAILS WILL BE IN MY MEMOIRE, WHICH WILL INCLUDE MY MCDONALDS AND WENDYS EXPERIENCE.............I WAS FRED TURNERS FIX-IT FIELD OPERATIONS MAN IN THE WESTERN UNITED STATES AND LATER CONDUCTED "THE PHILILDELPHIA TURN-A-ROUND. THE ONLY MARKET THAT WAS IN A SALES DECLINE FOR MCDONALDS.

AFTER THE HILLTOP CAFE RE-OPENING WE BECAME THE LARGEST SELLER OF ROBERT MONDOVI WINES IN THE UNITED STATES. ALSO THE HILLTOP WAS THE "GO TO" HIDEOUT FOR MANY OF THE WORKERS FROM THE GEORGE LUCAS MOVIE RANCH. GREAT GUYS!!!
