Eldercare Coordination include's the identification of an individuals personal needs. Once needs are identified, we assist each client, in meeting their needs today and for the tomorrow's in life. Medicare and Medicaid, are area's for most Senior's and Baby Boomers, with many, many questions. Burial Planning, Will's, Trust's, Long Term Care and LTC Insurance, Protecting money, putting a plan together to not "Out Grow" ones money and to put "Guard Rails" around ones investments. Each person is looked at individually in a no cost meeting. The second no cost meeting, would include any other professional needed to address the needs of the client, that were shared in the first get together.
