The Hit & Run Baseball Training facility is a truly unique facility. Our state of the art indoor facility is approximately 12,000 square feet, with a 22Ã¢Â?Â? ceiling height. The facility offers a large turf area to play indoor games, has 7 full size batting cages, 4 Training Stations for tee work and soft-toss drills, and a baseball-specific functional fitness training area. We also offer a Pro Shop and lounge area for your convenience. Professional Instruction for Baseball and Softball is scheduled and packages of Lessons for Players or Groups is available from College Baseball coaches. The Hit & Run Baseball Training facility is an indoor baseball and softball facility offering team rentals of the large Pro-Turf area to conduct team practice drills and indoor games.
