Handmade in small batches using only 100% USDA inspected domestic grain fed natural pork, cured for days (instead of minutes) in an old family maple sugar recipe then slowly double smudged over rickets of smoldering hickory and apple wood to bring out our characteristic intense aroma and deep mahogany finish.
