We specialize in whole body wellness counseling with diabetes, hypertension, and weight management (overweight /obesity).

We assist in creating wellness by raising your body's vibrational energy through improving diet, increasing physical activities, supporting emotional release, mental clearing, and spiritual grounding. You will increase knowledge of your body's distinct nutritional needs as it rediscovers GOD's given ability to heal itself. We will help you cultivate a conscious state of balance by providing wellness counseling and intensive support on your path to healing the body, mind, and spirit. We provide individual wellness counseling, e-mail or telecommunication support between your wellness visits, health related workshops, yoga fitness experience, and healthy culinary instructions and demonstrations. We will partner with General Practitioners, Endocrinologists, & Cardiologist
