Business description

Home Assistance Renovation Program (HARP) is a community-based organization founded to help homeowners find funding for home upgrades and repairs.

Home Assistance Renovation Program (HARP) is a community-based organization founded to help homeowners find funding for home upgrades and repairs. Our goal is to help homeowner alleviate two major issues that come with such projects: 1. Affordability 2. Locating qualified and trustworthy contractors Most homes, both new and old, are in dire need of repairs and renovations, whether for upkeep, resale value or energy efficiency. With economy still slowly recuperating from the recession, many of these home improvement projects are left by the wayside, tolerated only because homeowners believe that the price tag is simply too much. This is a sad but understandable miscomprehension.
