I'm simply going to list out all of the issues with Home Instead, Virginia Beach.
-Aide left my 89 y.om Mother sitting in her own urine and feces for over 9 hours
-Va.Dept. of Health investigated and aide admitted to neglecting my Mother
-Owner Laura Bousman refused to respond to me when I attempted to discuss my concerns
-Her husband cursed me out and hung up on me when I tried to address my concerns.
-Office associate came to my place of business and shook me down for money in front of my Manager.
-Aides wouldn't show up to care for my Mother yet, the office manager claimed the aide was at my house. I was at home that day and there was no aide.
-Attempted to charge for days when aides didn't show up. I believe I was charged some day when no aide was present.
-Va. Dept of Health found the care of other patients was also improper/lacking.
-Cited by Va. DEPT. Of Health cited Home Instead for improper infection control/improper care of patients.
