Ken Gehris Lies and Scams PII

1. I listed a house for sale through FSBO July of 2014, who contracted out to housepad.com to list my home on the MLS.

2. I canceled my listing directly through housepad.com through the weekly emails they sent out in August due to no activity through the MLS site.

3. Housepad.com acknowledged my desire to cancel my listing and stopped the weekly emails.

4. Housepad.com failed to remove the listing from the MLS per the contract.

5. Housepad.com was reported by another realtor as not abiding by the MLS rules.

6. On January 4th, 2015 at 8:59, months after I canceled my listing and only after they were reported as violating MLS rules, an email sent claimed that a HUD1 was required to remove the listing from the MLS. The same email also stated that a list of information was also required by the MLS, such as a purchaser’s hometown. This is a lie and they are data mining. Also, no reputable company sends out threatening emails or phone calls on a Sunday morning.

7. A second email sent on the same day dated January 4, 2015 at 11:25am. claimed, "cannot close the listing without the sales contract and the HUD1.” Housepad.com was extremely nervous for violating the MLS rules, so as to be sending multiple threatening emails out on a Sunday morning.

8. Betty at housepad.com informed me on the phone that housepad.com does not record their phone calls, and that their system was flawed.

9. I left a message for Ken, realtor/owner of housepad.com who did not respond.

10. Ken/owner of housepad.com refused to respond to the collections agency inquiries as well. Why do they refuse to respond? Because they are scamming and hustling consumers.

11. The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors has confirmed that no one at the company is legally licensed for real estate. The way that Ken Gehris gets away with it is the only pay the $2000 annual fee to be a member of the MLS there. Then they hustle people into giving their private information and list homes on the MLS without being legally responsible for their actions as real estate agents are.
