We had a wonderful sales person who helped us, answered our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Customer service, though, was poor. There was a total lack of communication.
If you order furniture from Huffman Koos, be prepared to wait a long time. Even though they give you a delivery date, don't think for one second that is actually the date they will get the furniture to you. If they do deliver furniture, only a few pieces come. In my case they could locate 2 of the 4 pieces. Eventually,I got a call saying it was in a warehouse in another state! I am scheduled for delivery on June 25th. I hope this time they get it right. This will be our third delivery date.
