Martial Fitness Program: fusing cardio-kickboxing, martial arts, core sculpting, and yoga for the young and young at heart.

This is no ordinary Warrior Fitness class. We incorporate boxing, cardio kickboxing and martial art techniques geared towards those who possess a fighting spirit. We utilize martial art equipment: bags, shields, targets, etc. during the class. The class is a perfect combination of cardio and strength training to sculpt muscles, burn calories, and skyrocket your metabolism for over average results. Burn up to 800 calories per class! Our mantra is healthy body, healthy spirit, healthy mind and we try to promote all these important factors within the class utilizing yoga and Power Chi as well. All students receive a discounted rate on nutrition/weight loss coaching and receive personal attention in the class. The class is the middle ground between a packed class at those big fitness chains and a personal trainer. The best part... It's surprisingly affordable.
