HCP consists of a group of experts from a variety of areas who provide one-stop management consulting, and hands-on services primarity to community-oriented nonprofits. In Vallejo, CA we produce the Mad Hatter Holiday Festival and holiday tree lighting ceremonies, which attracts thousands of people to the historic downtown area and waterfront annually.
