I use neuromuscular massage techniques, along with the transformational energy work of Craniosacral therapy and Access Consciousness body processes.

I like to refer to the neuromuscular work as, muscle re education. Our bodies are so wonderful that after experiencing a trauma it will continue to "protect" that area by holding a certain level of tension. To re educate the body, is to let the body know that it is okay to relax and return to its normal resting state. Craniosacral Therapy and the body processes of Access Consciousness actually "speak" to the body at the cellular level to rid the body of the message that is being held in place, creating the limitation. Once the limitation is eliminated from the cellular memory a new energy can take its place and more ease and vitality will accompany the change. What else is possible?
