I use a mind body, holistic or integrative approach to my work which has been shown to be effective with PTSD, trauma, & many other conditions.

"Indigena is a center for individuals, couples, and families. Services include psychotherapy, mind body wellness groups, psychoeducation, childbirth education, substance abuse counseling, psychosocial assessment and evaluation, and crisis intervention. Techniques such as guided visualization, meditation, mindfulness based modalities, breathing exercises, and biofeedback are complementary approaches that are integrated into the work. Specialties include stress reduction, relaxation, natural childbirth preparation,& cultural issues. The center uses an integrative and holistic approach to treat many issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, chemical dependence, stress prevention, and burnout.
