Founded in 1987, Indus Systems has been a leading provider of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems. These systems are sometimes called Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and the leading industry consulting company Gartner has included Indus in their 2012, 2013 and 2014 IWMS Magic Quadrants.Indus has been a key provider of CAFM/IWMS systems and services to both Government and private sectors since its inception. Indus Systems has successfully conducted field surveys, documented existing conditions, created CAD drawings showing these conditions and implemented CAFM/IWMS systems to facilitate the dynamic management of information for a broad set of business applications; including space planning, capital budgeting and maintenance. Indus Systems has been focused on facilities for our entire 25+year history. In the process, Indus has teamed with major engineering firms, been the prime contractor on a large number of facility survey projects, and replaced legacy systems from larger software vendors with an extremely easy, user-friendly web-based solution.
