My review is you people suck. I find out 7/15/2022 to get a copy of my policy 00380137-1 I have been without insurance since 2018 without any notice. I was told to get reinstated I would have to pay to pay for the five years. I don't have that kind of money, my husband and I live on social security and retirement. You want me to pay back something which you all canceled which sucks. I guess I will have to find some life insurance and it is sad you don't let people know. If you had sent me a letter or something to let me know my insurance is about to lapse I could have taken care of it but no you did not send me anything, because all of these years I was thinking I had life insurance and how sad is that and now to get it reinstated you want money $75.00 times 5 years that is a lot of money. You people really screwed me over which is sad for a company. My husband wanted to call to get a copy of his policy which I did and his policy number is 00380136-9 and I hope you don't screw him over like you did me. Now I have separated the accounts because at first I combined the policy to pay them. Now when the premium is paid the account are separated. I am not happy with you people so don't expect a good review from me so now there is no reason to keep paying my premium for something I don't have so I might as well look for insurance with a company that care about their customers which you just proved to me that you don't
