Orientation-A Private session designed to provide a complete physical assessment of Body alignment,posture,strength,flexibility,balance,and coordination A perfect place to start! Private Instruction-- One-on-one sessions designed to provide private, quiet and valuable personal instruction that is ideal for individuals with specific concerns or as a supplement to semi-private instruction. Semi-Private- These sessions can include up to three students to one instructor. This can be perfect environment for a couple to enjoy working out together. Instructor rotates between clients working on their individualized program. I welcome your questions and look forward to the opportunity to work together.
