InSight Holistic Health is an approach to wellness that uncovers underlying causes of illness and helps to restore your natural state of vibrant health and happiness. We combine ancient healing arts, such as Reiki and Qigong, with modern holistic health care.Reiki has been provided in hundreds of hospitals throughout the US for over a decade because it accelerates healing and recovery. It is given through light touch of the hands by trained therapists. Reiki safely treats the whole person, body, mind, emotion, and spirit, and is therapeutic for every type of condition. People describe it as peaceful, relaxing, nurturing, and energizing. My name is Beth Wishbow, and I am a Reiki Master Therapist & Teacher in the traditions of Usui, Tibetan, and Karuna, and a medical QiGong therapist. I provide healing sessions in Bedminster, NJ, and teach Reiki certification classes in Bridgewater, NJ. We are a healing community, and host a beautiful gathering the first Sunday of each month, which is open to all.
