The use of resistance bands contributes to muscle flexibility while building strength and stamina. Getting comfortable with your body and weight is an important step towards achieving your personal fitness goals. Our regular class is a one hour, high energy, moderate to fast paste exercise regimen. INTERMIX fitness is designed to work out your entire body, giving special attention to each muscle group. The exercises are broken down through a series of techniques that focus on light to moderate resistance with maximum repetitions. In doing so, each client builds strength and stamina with minimum recovery time and maximum results!
