In 1989, Tony and Marie started working from their home with only 50 spices and a small ad in the back of Bon Appetite magazine, serving the mail order retail market. More than a decade later, our company has grown to become the premiere wholesale of culinary products to the finest restaurants and chefs, world-wide, offering the best and largest selection of spices and hard to find specialty food items from around the world. Tony now offers over 3,000 items and 100 custom blends, a product locating Service, and is proud to provide private label products for the trusted recipes of such world-class celebrity chefs as Jean George; as well as Jeffrey Nathan and many other top chefs seen on The Food Network, WLIW / Channel 21 in New York and other PBS stations across the country.
