I recently quit due to the fact management stands over you watching you work! Atmosphere is uncomfortable & I don't recommend this place at all!!! Would rather pan handle then work here!

The plant manager Wes Lenig peeks thru the bathroom stalls trying to catch employees on their phones! He is creepy& its disgusting! Human resource was notified of this & did nothing! Worst place Ever!!!!!!

resigned

I resigned last year due to the ridiculous demands by my manager. He expects everything done his way reguardless of suggestions or ideas. High turnover rate of employees. Can't keep anyone there to work longer than a month. I don't recommend. Plant manager should be fired.

No training at all. The lead there walks around with a leash around his neck like a watch dog for the manager. The plant manager thinks he knows everything when he really doesn't know his head from his OWN ASS! Blames employees for his own failures. Pay isn't worth the gas to get there!
