0 stars! DO NOT USE THIS TAILORING BUSINESS! This man was extremely rude to me! He is a LIAR and a TERRIBLE "businessman" (if you can even call him that).

I dropped off a dress to be altered on 7/20, he stated it would be ready when he opened at 9:00am on 8/5. I told him exactly what I wanted him to do and he gave me a ticket to bring back when I picked up my item.

I returned to his shop on 8/5 at 8:55am and waited until 9:00, when he still hadn't unlocked his door. I waited until 9:02am and then rang the bell. He came down from upstairs like it was no big deal that he hadn't opened the door yet. I showed him my ticket and he told me that my dress wasn't ready yet. I said "you told me it would be ready today." He said "today is all day". I then told him that he had told me that my item would be ready for pickup at 9:00am because I had somewhere that I needed to be shortly after. He then said that he could do it in 20 minutes if I could wait that long. So it took him 16 days and 20 minutes to finish my item?!?!

So after 20 minutes he came back down with my dress, and proceeded to instruct me on how to use a zipper (really?!). I noticed that he hadn't done what I had asked him to do (an exposed zipper in place of the invisible zipper), he had just replaced the old zipper with a new one that was exactly the same.

So it took him all that time and he still hadn't done what I had asked him to do!?!?! So I told him that he needed to replace the zipper with what I had asked him to do in the first place and that I would pick it up next week, and I wasn't going to pay for it either. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to take my dress elsewhere, and that I was a "troublemaker". SERIOUSLY!?!?! I'm a "troublemaker" for not getting what I had asked a "business owner" to do for me?

He should be ashamed to even call himself a "business owner".
