Jack offers a variety of services ranging from private catering and personal chef services to restaurant and menu consulting.
Prior to 1983, when Jack Stierer enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program at the New York Restaurant School, moved East and began his career as a chef, Jack lived and worked in his home state of California. His experience there centered around the local wine industry and service in restaurants, hotels and resorts. Married now, and with an infant son, Jack took a break from the kitchen for work as a demonstration chef and sales representative for an Israeli importer of commercial kitchen equipment, in particular the Cookshack line of smoking ovens. He successfully put these units into a wide range of venues, including two of the countries largest supermarket chains.
