Over priced

The front office of Jackssons Trailers has convinced me to move my business down the street to Big Tex Trailers. Never been treated so rudely by the front office gal and charged so unfairly. Over $5,000 to replace an axle or almost $600.00 to run two wires to my rear bumper from my battery. I have many trailers for my two roofing business's and have paid the overly high prices ($185.00 per hr) always leaving shaking my head. Went to Big Tex Trailers today (David Kelly store manager 480-985-0700) and set up a new account to handle our trailers. They treated me like they wanted our business. Customer service is so important when growing a business. Jacksson's Trailer front office gal, drives customers away and is terribly rude and condescending with customers. If she worked for me, she would be fired and frog marched off the property.
