During the past 25 years, James Fuld Jr. has been a principal in purchasing retailers and consumer products companies. As an active partner, he has also represented various management groups in acquiring targeted medium-sized businesses. For many years he served on the Board of Directors of Christopher & Banks, a NYSE listed 'CBK' 600+ unit specialty retailer of women's clothing. He was also non-executive Chairman of the Board as well as Chairman of the Compensation, Audit and Governance Committees of CBK. Formerly, he was Chairman of a $70 million accessories importer and wholesaler of leather goods, handbags and related products. Mr. Fuld is an overseer of the Annenberg Center for Performing Arts, and a former member of the Executive Alumni Board of the University of Pennsylvania.
