I provide massage therapy treatment for injured, over-used or stiff muscles, specializing in seniors, 50 years and up.

I learned massage therapy while in college, over 30 years ago. I have had many years of "hands-on" practice. I also have a deep understanding of the medical side of massage. That's because I have had twelve years experience as a nurse's aide, primarily with geriatrics. I did not become a massage professional until attending massage school about seven years ago. I received academic honors, graduated, and became Nationally Certified (NCBTMB) shortly afterward. Since then I have been continuously in practice. I currently have an office on the main street of Mars. I use massage to affect total health. Sometimes I work muscle-by-muscle, and sometimes I focus on the systems (posture, digestion, sleep, mood and more) that can help with healing. I adapt my skills to each person.
