Did you know over 3 million people go to bed hungry every night? We have a three year plan to end hunger is Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. We are currently feeding over 1,500 people per day and up to 2,500 people per holiday. Our goals is to feed over 3 million people per day, since that is the amount of people that go hungry every night in Los Angeles County, which will reduce crime and allow them to focus on the situation at hand. No one can function on a hungry stomach and its no telling what they will do to feed their families. What will you do? We rely on public donations to provide these services. We also provide back to school items, toys for Christmas, Easter Baskets, events for the children. We also rely on volunteers. Everything is tax deductible. www.jdfc.us
