1. Research Recruiting / Candidate Sourcing:a. Identification and development of qualified and interested candidates b. Hourly/project basis with hours budgeted up front by Clientc. All resumes shared with Client with no fees per hired. All information gathered is shared with Client in a Report format during and at the end of assigned research hours when invoice is submittede. All costs are included in the fee2. Contingent Search:a. Fee paid upon a successful hire/placement. b. Jensen Search is responsible to do the initial sourcing/recruiting, screening and interviewing. c. Jensen Search will arrange interviews with the candidates for the client/company. d. Reference checks if request by Cliente. Fee is either a flat fee or a percentage of the first year's salary.
