Jerry Dan did not show up to install my gutters on three separate occasions. When he finally did, he installed the gutters while I wasn't home, and I wasn't made aware that he was doing so until I came home and found the gutters installed. I was told that when the gutters were installed I would have the opportunity to inspect the work for any defects. Upon the first rain which came the next day and the following two days, we found that water was pouring over the side of our front porch. The lady in the office was rude and only wanted the final payment on the gutters and wouldn't send anyone out to see what the problem was until payment was made. The company refused to fix the problem and I still have water pouring like a waterfall over the side of my porch. I would not recommend Jerry Dan the Gutter Man to anyone, as he will not follow through with his work.
