I am a mobile technician specializing in on-site maintenance and repair of Windows-based and Mac desktop and laptop computers as well as virus/malware removal. I also offer "remote desktop" and phone-based support.I have very good instincts when it comes to computers and can often diagnose a problem before even seeing the system. While I'll work on anything you put in front of me, I'll warn you ahead of time if I don't feel it's worth saving. In such a case, recovering your data becomes priority. Unless the hard drive is physically faulty, I can usually get your data back without incident.While I do like a challenge, no job is too small!
