Founded in 1977 by Doug Toone, Jewelry Design Center has always been a fully visible and accessable jewelry manufacturer to the public. This large state of the art facitlity offers clients the ability to see the shop at work behind glass. JDC specializes in diamonds, engagment, bridal, watches, custom design and repair. Still family owned, Doug and Brian Toone continue to run the business from the heart of a craftsman.
