Our handmade artisan jerky is all done by hand; no machines, slicers or mass-production. Just a knife, some skill, and a seriously good marinade. Based in Hermosa Beach, California, Jimmy's Jerky is like nothing you've had before. Jimmy grew up on a farm in Michigan, and knows the difference between good beef jerky and the rest. We only use the best beef we can find from local suppliers that treat their cows as humanely as possible and that provides the best flavor for our Jerky.
