JLara Consulting was established to support public school systems and other public sector leaders with implementation of their organizational goals.

JLara consulting was established in 2006 as minority woman-owned company that works in partnership with highly skilled associates with expertise in research, education, management, and organizational development. The JLara team plan and delivers services that builds the capacity of organizations to more effectively serve their customers. In the area of education we conduct reviews of services to ELL learners at the state, district and school levels; conduct policy and best practice research; write reports; and facilitate leadership conversations across service sectors. The company can plan and deliver professional development and technical assistance events targeting teachers, administrators, non-profit organizations and small businesses. Our approach to planning training events is to identify customers' needs via meetings or surveys; design a training agenda with input from management staffs; identify resources and expert presenters; and structure opportunities for learning and practice during the training event. We have meeting planning staff with expertise in all aspects of meeting logistics. Finally, we creates various forms of reports and publications including school improvement reports, workbooks, practice guides, and customer satisfaction surveys.
