Functioning as a Systems Analyst for the global recruitment organization, John Gessin undertook a wide range of responsibilities involving early-, mid-, and late-stage planning for Microsoft Licensing GP operating systems. In addition to overseeing OS installations and server builds, updates, patches, and hot fixes, Mr. Gessin researched and wrote detailed reports to ensure best practice implementation of hardware and software rollouts. He also supported and launched a number of key local and wide area networks, maintained vital cluster and storage area networks, and addressed any issues that arose with end-user satisfaction, among other duties. A civically minded individual, John Gessin volunteers and tutors local children,and is a member of PTA.
