Jon Gordon will make your audio project stand out from the crowd! Jon is a music and audio engineer/producer with over two decades of experience. He provides first-rate, cost-effective creative and technical services in a personalized and congenial atmosphere. Most recently, he mixed music cues with director Whit Stillman and composer Mark Suozzo for "Damsels in Distress", a new feature film distributed by Sony. He also worked on the sound track for "The New Tenants" a short film by Joachim Back, which won the 2010 OSCAR for Best Short Film. In 2009, he made the Grammy nomination list for engineering on "Listen" a CD by the Our TIme Theatre Co. He has provided creative and technical services to stars like Madonna and Suzanne Vega, and to major corporations such as NBC, ABC, Fox Network, Avon Corp, and Simon & Schuster Audio.Jon began his career as a professional guitarist and was quickly drawn into recording session work. He worked with both Madonna and Suzanne Vega as guitarist, musical director and arranger. Jon is featured as a soloist on three of Miss Vega's US singles, including the Billboard #3 hit, triple Grammy nominee "Luka".
